Kennel Club Awards Evening
What a truly incredible evening! We had 11 handlers take part in our Good Citizens Awards evening with each and every one of them successfully passing!
We started the evening off with 8 Bronze contestants who all passed with flying colours. Kate and her Cocker Spaniel, Tim and Bridget and her Terrier, Abbie who have recently graduated from our Puppy Course did really well, so last night was a real achievement for them. Joining their success were Luke and Erin, Teresa and Missi, Jen and Storm, Gale and Quinn, Lynn and Pia and Pam and Silvie.
Next up we had our Silver contestants, Lynn and Meme. Meme is a Lagotto Romagnolo and was extremely nervous when she first started coming to training. Lynn has been working particularly hard with her and so achieving their Silver Award was a truly special moment.
Our last test of the evening was for our Gold contestants. Margaret and Dillon and Jen and Mullberry, who took every task in their stride, gaining the highest award. Well done.
A big thank you to all who took part and for those who helped make the evening possible. We can't wait for the next Good Citizens Awards evening which will hopefully take place later in the year.
