Covid-19

Dear All,

We have been in regular discussion with the Scouts and the EDDTC Committee with a view to a return to training albeit somewhat different.

We have agreed on a PROVISIONAL return date of WEDNESDAY 7th

OCTOBER 2020 and are awaiting confirmation from the Scout Executive Committee to proceed.

There will NOT be a Class One for the foreseeable future. This will be reviewed with a view to starting the class in January 2021.

CLASS TWO times are being changed for the duration of 2020 with a start time of 7.30pm.

As is the Government legislation, Face masks must be worn at all times in the training hall.

Members are requested to bring their own hand sanitiser together with their own dog bowl and water.

There will be no refreshments.

Please do not allow your dog to say hello to another dog, handler or trainer.

Please place all class fees in a sealed envelope with your name/dog’s name/ contact details for track and trace purposes.

You are requested to fill in the Track and Trace form and sign that you agree to abide by the EDDTC COVID-19 forward plan.

If you are exempt from wearing a face mask then the Committee request that a copy of the exemption certificate is submitted.

There is a lot to put in place to return to training, please abide by the guidance. Please see Covid documents 1 & 2.

We look forward to seeing you on 7th October, a further update will be posted when we have had confirmation from the Scouts after 10th September.
