Hampshire Rally
On the bank holiday Monday, EDDTC took part in Hampshire Rally Obedience Show and what a fantastic day it was!
Every year Winchester, Newbury, Andover, West End, Basingstoke, Haslemere, Petersfield and Eastleigh come together to compete for the Hampshire Rally trophy. We may not have won the trophy but we won as a team. We are so proud of each handler and their dog. A special congratulations to Teresa and her dog Missi, who may not have been placed, but managed to work two classes without a certain doggie running off out of the ring and back to the car for treats!
It was a truly brilliant day with great atmosphere, fine weather, terrific support and delicious food. The overall winners of the day were Newbury and it was truly well deserved! A big thank you to all who took part, either working their dog(s) or simply showing support. A very big thank you to all the organisers, particularly Kathy, for giving up their own personal time and for putting in the work to ensuring the day ran smoothly. We can't wait for next year.
