Boxgrove Dog Show

What a fantastic day Eastleigh had last weeked at the Boxgrove Companion Dog Show. The show held seven pedigree classes, 14 novelty classes and four obedience classes. In each class there was the chance to win a rosette for places 1-6. The weather was simply glorious which was the icing on the cake.

Up first we had Teresa and her rescue dog, Missi. Missi had been out of action for a good few weeks due to lameness but she was back in full swing on Saturday and managed to receive her first 1st in her obedience class! We then had Matin and his dog, Lulu who were placed 1st and 6th in their two classes. Diane and her Border Collie, Riddick gained 2nd in their class and finally Luke and his rescue dog, Erin received 3rd and 5th place! What a fantastic achievement!

We are so proud of all our members and their dogs as each one of them were able to walk away with a rosette. Regardless of whether they were placed or not, its all about going out there and doing your best. At the end of the day you will always take home the best dog.
